Portland Trail Blazers 00's Night AR Filters & Motion Graphics

The 2019-2020 season of the Portland Trail Blazers was the 50th season of the NBA franchise. To celebrate, there were 5 games designated to celebrate each decade of its existence. I was tasked with creating AR filters and pumpers (to pump up the arena crowd). I was given creative freedom to research, concept, and execute. These were some of the graphics created for 00's night. AR filters were created using Spark AR, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Illustrator.
The 2000 playoff series theme was a single recorded at local radio station Z100 titled "Can I get a Headband?' This brings tears of nostalgia to long-time fans, so they did indeed get a headband.
A simple yet effective face paint effect with the logo on one cheek was featured in various iterations for each decade night. This was a screenshot from the UX of Spark AR that demonstrated a wide range of facial expressions to test filters. Nobody was actually unhappy about this.
